FAMILY LIFE FOUNDATION INCORPORATED provides community residential services for persons with behavioral health requirements, substance addiction concerns, and other issues. Our long-term housing solutions will enable the members of the society to live independently and effectively.
We’ll work together with the support of our mental health team and case managers to develop a unique treatment plan that will help each person establish their goals and get a “fresh new start” as contributing members of society.
